Should he be swept out? For whom? Not right-wing Jane, for sure. The Tories are already lined up behind “socialist” David Miller.

Not that it’s going to make a difference, but the current batch of councilors-for-life are unlikely to get beaten. Nobody can get a leg up on them unless it’s another well-known contender. The average person who’d like to serve the city and has some good ideas hasn’t got a prayer the way elections are conducted to guarantee incumbency.

Now Doofus McGuinty has cursed us with another 4 years of these do-no-gooders. Pity. But if you could, who would you replace?
